Every minute of it."

Life is changing faster and faster with every passing day

"Memories all start with a moment and it's important to realize that all moments will someday be memories"

Have you ever had one of those days that felt so absolutely perfect that you wanted it to last forever? I know I have and, even as I'm trying to live my life in the present moment, it can be hard to stay focused when I know that, at some point, the perfect moment will be over.

Remember: the only time you really, truly have is now so it's pretty pointless to waste time dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. That being said, I do think it's important to keep some particularly special moments with us, even as we live our lives in the present.

I was once constantly dripping puddle of regret. I regretted almost everything: allowing myself to be in compromising situations where I was hurt badly, be in relationships with people who took me for granted.I mourned over things which had OVER for long time. While I am recovering for things which happened to me,I learned to let go of each and every one of my regret.

I wouldn't have been able to become a stronger person. Moving on from the past and your regrets can seem difficult, but that's a belief in itself, and remember, the only person in charge of your beliefs and thoughts is you.I was lucky enough to be surrounded with supportive people including my own immediate bosses and friends. They are my family besides my own parents.

Yes, I'm telling you to feel gratitude for anything you regret or think was terrible in your past. Whatever happened is not to be regretted, but instead to be a lesson. If you keep on dwelling on the negative aspects of it, you might miss out on a wonderful opportunity to grow. You will end up being sad for the rest of your life while others are happy to grow older.

Of course it's essential to recognize what once mattered so much to you and be grateful for the good times and experiences you've had, but it's also just as important to appreciate what you have right now. I understand that not every moment can be an amazing experience you want to hold on to forever, but each moment is valuable and it's so important to appreciate every single one.

Remember, Don't get stuck in a cycle of feeling sorry for yourself, though. Pitying yourself won't help you get over it and will do nothing for you except continue your misery.Believe in God.He will always there to help when you seek for HIS assistance. Wallahualam.

Great little reminder

More and more I'm happier with the person I am. More and more I'm loving myself, which, actually, makes it a lot easier to love others. The more comfortable I am with myself, the more comfortable I am with other people. The more I accept myself, the more I can accept others. See how it works? It sounds terribly cliche, but it's true. The way I feel about myself is often reflected out to the world and the happier I am with who I am.
